The two bedroom flats are for 4-5 persons: apartments C, E and S.
The flats “C” and "E" are two bedroom flats for 5 people and consist of: a bedroom with three beds (double and single bed), a living room with a galley kitchen and two single beds (if requested double bed), bathroom with shower (35-40 sq.m.). Both the apartments have each of them two entrances with private garden: one facing the beach and the other at the back of the villa. Depending on the time of the day, you can decide to lie under the sun or choose the garden with the shade: each garden has a table, parasol and chairs to relax.
The flat "S" is a two bedroom flat for 5 people which consists of: a bedroom with three beds (double and single bed), a living room with two beds and a galley kitchen, and bathroom with shower (40 sq.m.). This flat is equipped by a private garden with gazebo, tables and chairs which is in front of the solarium of common use. Being this apartment separated by the principal complex, this flat is perfect for whose who love the privacy.
All flats are completely furnished and fully equipped. The price is inclusive of water, electricity, gas, parking and use of the common services.

The flat “C” has two entrances each one with a private garden: one facing the beach (letter C) and the other at the back of the villa (letter H). The bedroom with a double bed + a single bed is well divided from the living room with 2 beds and a galley kitchen. In this apartment the privacy is guaranteed also for two couples of friends.

The flat “E” has two entrances each one with a private garden: one facing the beach (letter E) and the other at the back of the villa (letter F).
Inside doors and bathroom of this apartment are adapted for disabled people. Sliding doors of 85 cm, without steps inside the apartment (to see the video click here). Kitchen door 75 cm. Shower without obstacles, bidet with little shower and cold water, accessories wheelchair height. WC standard misures with increase and armrests for disabled people. For the shower is available a plastic folding chair with armrests. To go inside the apartment there is a no-slip ramp Mobilex 80x150 cm (window-door cm 85). Little private garden with gravel. Available parking stop on the floor to go in and out of your car. The meeting room with TV sat, the common area with barbecue and oven are available. NOT available: parking place because of steep climb/descent; playground for children.
