Our guests can use some services of common use, according to the idea of cohousing.
| Common areas
A TV room with satellite connection, brochures about the island, magazines and games for children. There are a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals which can be eaten under the shade of a big pine tree in the garden, a wood burning oven so you can try baking pizza and a barbecue for those who love cooking outdoor. There is also free internet wi-fi connection (with own pc), a laundry and ironing room.
| Relax areas and parking
A tennis table and children's play area are also provided for our guests and their friends, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a solarium with deck chairs and umbrellas for sun lovers, private covered parking for each apartment and a nature fitness trail.
| Garden
3,600 sqm garden with typical trees of the Mediterranean scrub (pine trees, almond trees, prickly pears, olive trees, wild rosemary, oranges, lemons, geraniums, pittosporum...). In the garden you will also find a lovely corner with aromatic herbs.
