PRICES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE

• Gas, light, cold and hot water, taxes, I.V.A., park for one car, use of barbecue and oven for pizza, use of shower and tables with chairs in the garden use of 3.600 squaremetres of garden, of solarium and tennis-table.

• All appartments have a little private garden with umbrella, table and chairs. All appartments have: dishes, forks, knives, spoons, glasses, pots and towels.

• Change of towels is made once a week (beds, bathroom, kitchen, hygienic paper…).

• In the meeting room there is TV with satellite, some games for the children, some magazines and books and an iron side.

• Every customer may use a common kitchen for 20 persons (dishes, forks, knives, spoons, pots…) reserving it on a blackboard.

AVAIBLE SERVICES

• There is a telephone to receive phone calls from 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.. You can read and send your own e-mail and Internet.

• You can reserve through us the ship tickets with TOREMAR Company, to come and to go back home without overprices.

IMPORTANT NOTES 

1.The day you come, you may take the appartament at 3.00 P.M. and you have to leave it at 10.00 P.M. when You go back home.

2.We give you the apartment clean and tidy and you have to give it us back clean and tidy too. If you don’t leave it tidy, you will have to pay € 16 for one room appartment and € 32 for two room appartments.

3.It is not allowed to bring animals in the appartments.

4.You have to tell us when something breaks.

5.To book an appartment in advance, you have to send us the 40% of its total price. The rest will be paid when you arrive.

6.Price for one more bed: € 52 for a week.

7.Price for one use of the washing machine (Kg. 5): € 4.

8.Price to rent a mountain-bike (2 avaible) : € 3 one day.

INFORMATIONS

Beach is 150m far from the residence, beach is free (sands, stones and rocks). You can rent umbrella, chairs, boats and wind-surf. You can stay on the sea with your own boat. You can receive also lessons of wind-surfing and diving. Two diving centers are on the beach. Two tennis centers nearby. On the beach there are two restaurants and bars. To go shopping there is a little market at 200 m., near the camping "Croce del Sud". Other big supermarkets are 2 Km in Capoliveri city. In Capoliveri there is a chemistry, first aid, ambulance and doctors. Hospital is in Portoferraio city (16 Km. On tuesday there is a city market in the streets of Capoliveri.
